It's going pretty good. Thanksgiving went very well. I am thankful that I was able to stand firm with my diet. I will have to see though tomorrow. My low back was bothering me during my workout. It's been 8 years ago today since I walked into the doctors office with my mom and listen to the doctor tell my mom she was dying. I need to rebound and run with it here. My mom wouldn't want me to mourn and be sad...she was always a go-getting. I love her so much and miss her like crazy!!!
