Today I went to brunch with my mom, already knowing I had to go out to eat tonight. I tried to play it safe and ordered egg whites, fruit and chicken sausage, but before the meal they gave us cinnamon bread and I had way too much of that :( It's so difficult to know how many calories you are eating at a restaurant.
