I may have pushed myself a little hard at the gym because last night my joints were aching. It was probably more a ligament thing than a joint thing though because I feel fine now. I think it was just my body just getting back into the groove after going so long without working out regularly. Hopefully with diligence this can be my best month yet and maybe I can acheive my usual goal of 10lbs in one month. We'll see, I look forward to it.
