I can't believe I gained weight. I was sick this week and my husband had Navy Drill so he was gone for 5 days. I did all the driving, cooking, homework, back to school night, practices, etc by myself with 4 kids. I feel like I lost weight but I guess not... Hopefully this week goes more smoothly. Probably didn't get enough sleep to let my metabolism do its job.

Sometimes an increase in stress causes increase in cortisol which makes losing a little harder

You did have a stressful week. Being married to someone in the Navy, when they are gone, you are essentially a single parent. I know, been there done that for 22 years. Mine was gone for 6 months at a time. We had a good support system with the other wives. Hopefully that is the case for you. How do your clothes fit etc? Sometimes that will tell more than a scale. Tell your husband for me "THANK YOU FOR SERVING". And thank you also for I know that a good support system in the home makes it just a little bit easier for them.

Just focus on the long run! I usually see a slight move up, before a good loss.

Might be stress weight. Drink more fluids and rest and hopefully it'll correct itself.
