I dropped a pound this week and definately notice less fat around my midsection. I need to cut out the booze next week to see how that increases the weight loss. I anticipate that it would be a significant factor.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
