Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
If I were logging any food or exercise today - which I'm not - does anyone know how to log the weight-lifting done lugging the newspaper back to the house? You know, that heavy newspaper loaded down with all the sale flyers???!!! LOL!!
All in all, not a bad day, food-wise. Everything Atkins-friendly including my first try at making pumpkin cheesecake. Portions for the foods were a bit high today, but will be adjusted back to my "normal" range tomorrow.
