oOo my first post of the new year/decade! It's so weird it doesn't feel like a Friday, this holiday season has definitely thrown me off a little bit. I'm feeling a lot better today, which is good. I'm trying to get my eating under control for the weekend since I'm going to take my measurements again on Tuesday 1/5/10, to match them against the ones I started with last year to see how far I've come. I haven't been working out as much as I should, but tis life, right? I've actually been researching this diet I want to start next week, its really strict, but I'm impatient, and I think it might be the thing I need to help kick my sugar/starch habit as well. My diet isn't even a diet b/c I wake up and kind of 'wing it', lol, some days are better than others, but i'd like to be out of the 160's and closer to where I should be, I just have to push myself. So, I've been reading up on this HCG Diet protocal where you take these homeopathic drops that are supposed to help with hunger and they burn the stored fat. It's 500 calories of protein, I think like 7oz of lean meat, two apples, coffee, water, and its a minimum of 23days and you can go as long as 40 days. My only concern is losing muscle, but I think if I need to I'll just eat the amount for me to maintain my muscle. While I think I can workout w. that many calories, I'm not sure Insanity would be the right program to do, I guess I'll play it by ear since I have enough programs to change up accordingly. I got really lazy around Xmas time, pretty much stopped doing RevAbs for no real reason, got excited about Insanity for a few days and now I just have too many programs to choose from lol, so I'm kind of stuck at square one.

I just rec'd my RevAbs deluxe videos and it is no joke, its so exciting. I didn't realize how much I'd like the program, I guess its great to go into things w. no expectations sometimes so you're not disappointed. If I decide on RevAbs, which is likely, I feel like I'd have to go back to Phase II for the first few weeks at least just so I can master it before moving on. Maybe I'll see how that works w. the HCG diet for those 23 days. I just realized I also have 10 Minute Trainer which I can do a few of those on low energy days.

Well I hope everyone had a great New Years, and 2010 is even better for you all than 09 was! :)

So I found an old and fuzzy picture from last year, but its my 'before' pic i'd guess you say where i started in 09, and then I finally got my pink bcbg skirt I've been drooling over forever, so its a nice snapshot of the beginning and end of the year.
