Really enjoying having a meal plan because it takes the extra thinking out of making a healthy meal. I like sitting back and knowing I have it covered and I don't have to scramble to come up with something on the fly. I am looking forward to "fajitas" tonight. I am not sure how they will taste as I do not have seasoning specifically for them, but we will see what happens.
