ugh! I feel like a big fatty-patty today. Im feeling really bloated & chubby. The scale isnt making me feel any better (up 1.8 lbs) Tomorrow is new years eve and I have a little black dress to fit into- this isnt looking good. Im noticing that I need to start consuming more of my calories in the MORNING instead of at NIGHT. I need to start drinking more water also, so that Im not feeling as bloated.
