I started cardio rehab Monday, been working on my new diet and have managed to gain weight. My body just doesn't seem to work well with carbs.I have really been trying to get the oatmeal, fruit, and veggies in. Still haven't gotten every thing they say you should have a day. Haven't gone over 1200 calories since I changed my diet from LCHF to heart healthy. Between my hip and feet, exercise has been hard for the last 4 months. Also feel very low, taking two antidepressant a day, and feel lower than before. I know that if they could figure out what is wrong with my hip my feet would be better. You can't waddle for so long without straining your feet. No one knows, Doctors are just practicing, they charge a fortune and make guesses. Hope the guy who put in my stint knew what he was doing.
