Restarted a fitness plan with T25 and "SlowCarb" type plan. Close to Whole30 (not drinking and avoiding white carbs).
Low fruit (only purple or blue things... Sabastian)
230.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
