Weigh in at Slimming World on 31st and result was 142 - very pleased. I am still avoiding bread chocolate fats and puddings as much as possible and eating lots of lean meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. I don't feel like I am depriving myself I still have a drink of wine etc.
