Starting a new diet...maintain a 2000-2200 calories per day. Wish me luck!
213.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

good luck with that. I am doing the same thing and 5 days into it and have to say it is very easy to stick and if you eat the right foods you are never hungry. If you don't already know try and stick to 5 meals a day rather then the 3 larger meals
