I've been working out with a fat blasting workout from fitsync dot com, but did not have a proper nutrition plan. I am moving into p90x for a complete program that will hopefully have my clothes fitting again. I am not too concerned about weight as I am just looking slimmer and toned, and of course being able to run if my life depended on it.
