Haven't been doing too well on change my eating habits. I want to plan my meals, it's just hard to do that and be involved in the projects I'm in, and relax too. I really want to get to that goal weight. I just wish I had some help or a magical fairy to grant me more willpower. :)

Would it help if I told you that planning meals takes time until you get into a routine, and then it doesn't take much time at all? And then you DO have more time to be involved in all your projects...and will probably have more energy to do so! It IS worth it to invest the time.
