the exercise logging confuses me so I will just log mine in my journal walked 45 minutes at the mall burned 350 calories at gym no food after 8 and ate less then 500 calories today dranked a lot of water and no food after 8 and I dont feel deprived but Im wondering what so little calories will do to my body I will try to get more calories in tomorrow
