So im sure like everyone else I have the Holidays to blame for my weight gain and lack of exercise.
So now its getting closer to the first of the year and like every year my new years resolution is to 10-15 lbs as im sure with many people on this site are hoping to make it happen.
So I am going to start using this wonderful Web site again to keep track of calories, and im going to start off with exercising at home with EA active, my treadmill, and jullian Michels through Janurary then hopin Feb 1st i'll be ready to join the gym so I dont overdo it this time like last time and set myself back.
So ready set go and get motiviated.
