I decided to stop doing the Slimfast shake on the morning. I usually have two egg whites with a lean meat (chicken sausage or turkey smoked sausage) and whatever veggies I'm feeling. This mostly works out well, though I am definitely hungrier earlier now that I'm also not having the shake. I'm interested to see how my body will adjust to this. :) This past week my partner and I went out to eat a few more times than we normally would. So I had a number more calories than I would have otherwise (quite a bit through alcohol, though I'm even trying to choose wisely with that). this week should be better.
