Getting discouraged by looking at the scale everyday. Not seeing the change i want fast enough. Will change it up and only look/record once a week. Meal plan went well for the first few days of this week. Finding it hard to prep in the morning before work. Feel rushed and out of time. Will have to begin prepping at night.
