Goal today is to go without added sugars. Only eating foods that have not been processed.

Meal 1- Fresh egg, bacon, cheese, burrito
Meal 2- watermelon & 2 slices of apple
Meal 3- 2 pizza slices (big mistake)
Meal 4- simple salad greens and chicken
Meal 5- Japanese (big mistake)
Snack- Zebra cakes (big mistake)
Snack- Popcorn

I almost made it without the added sugars. Broke down for the Zebra cakes. Not even satisfying. Will try again another day.
