i don't know anymore the healthier i eat the higher my weight goes. Think it is time for a medical checkup

No matter how nutrient dense the food, the calories are what matter.

Instead of counting housework etc just put that you are moderately active. Normally woman usually burn between 1600-2000 but yours says 2500-3000 (seems a lot unless you are very tall :-)). You should definitely still loose weight … maybe just expect less. Good luck & keep up the hard work :-)
