I was on such a good path. I know I went over my carbs yesterday and I am beyond disappointed in myself. icing on the cake? was out bid on a *perfect* townhouse 😔
232.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys I talked.to my trainer and he thinks it's probably water weight and I'm being WATW too hard on myself which is 100% possible

No big, just fast a bit, and get on a good, consistent diet.
