I was so frustrated with the dang scale this am, I wanted to throw rocks at it. I have been doing a new thing lately.. Yes I have to step on the scale daily and yet I can only log it once a week.
Yesterday I stepped on and was surprised 178.2. I am thinking yeah this has been a good week.. Can't wait til tomorrow.
Well I stepped on today and it said 180.0 even. Talk about having to have faith that this process is working. I know it does. I have the proof this past 6 months. But dang I so wanted to see the 170's I guess I will have to keep the faith that it will happen next week officially.. lol

I am right there with you. I truly thought this week was going to put me in the 170's, but it didn't. We are on similar paths. Great job on your loss even though it wasn't all you wanted, still awesome! :)
