I missed out on adding the challenge results yesterday... so...
1) Fail- hosted a birthday party and was taste testing the cake I was making on Wednesday... and went out Saturday evening
2)Pass- one aerobics class, run & stairmaster at the gym, one dvd
3) Pass- logged at least two
4) Absolutely, the day I was taste testing the cake I think can be directly attributed to the fact I did not get enough sleep the night before. When I'm overtired I make incredibly poor food choices the next day as I'm much hungrier and much more likely to give in to cravings. Learned that lesson before but it obviously needs to be reaffirmed because it is imperative.
5) Pass- threw the leftover cake in the garbage (made sure to leave it out on the counter the night of the party, so it was warranted the next day).
6) Pass- This is fairly habitual for me but I do have to remind myself a bit more now than when on program because there are so many things I can drink at this point sometimes straight up water gets lost in the mix...
140.0 lb Lost so far: 26.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
