Hope the weather holds out- hope to get the kids out for a hike this afternoon!
Ive taken a few days off from the gym and running- my back really really was not allowing me to do my daily activities or even sleep due to the pain. Ive iced it every night, taken my Rx -that I HATE and I really feel a huge differance. Gonna get back to the Gym tonight and get in a quick run before my Boxing class. Lets hope the rest was all that I needed cus Im really feeling lazy not having worked out in a few days. I cannot live with that level of pain, but I cant not work out. Need to find a balance...
