Sixth day... Cheated alot on Friday and Saturday. Weighed myself.. Sometimes it says ive lost 5 lbs, sometimes it says ive gained 5 lbs... WTF? Oh well... Run tmrw... Regardless eating healthier tastes better and feels better.
