Well, as of this morning Im at my lowest weight yet. A nice early Christmas present for myself. Hard to believe that 3 years ago I weighed myself at this time and since then Ive lost almost 100 pounds. CRAZY! Amazing what willpower and some hard work can do.
Hope everyone has a joyous Holiday...and a New Year filled with success!!!!!
