Just had a bacon and tomato sandwich on my "Flatbread"...Delicious! Makes great pizza crust as well!

Low Carb Flat Bread
Ingredients
4 large egg
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbs. almond meal
2 Tbs. Coconut flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder (more or less to taste)
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in blender, pour on well-oiled parchment lined pan. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Top with desired toppings or eat as is.

It is! And I would rather have it than nasty old wheat bread anyway. You can make a beautiful open face sandwich (which I did) and having something that looks good is more appetizing. I put mayo on the bread, then lettuce, then broke bacon slice in half and added, then topped with 2 slices of tomato and sprinkled on a little Himalayan pink salt. MMMM Think I'll have another for lunch today.
