Getting my weigh ins back on Sunday.
252.2 lb Lost so far: 85.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1235 kcal Fat: 64.68g | Prot: 63.37g | Carb: 95.47g.   Breakfast: Atkins Meal Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bar (Subtracting Sugar Alchols). Lunch: Grape Tomatoes, Dole Field Greens, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Dinner: Wholly Guacamole Wholly Guacamole Minis. Snacks/Other: AMC Movie Theater Popcorn (Large), Jolly Rancher Sugar Free Watermelon, Grape, Apple and Raspberry Hard Candy. more...
