On week 3, day 2 of Couch 2 5k.
Week 3! It is so SO gratifying to be able to run an entire module without feeling like I'm going to die at the end.
I smell wet leaves when I'm out - I haven't smelled that smell since.. since I was a teenager before I started smoking I'm sure.
Also noticed while doing my nails the other night that I can see the yellow nicotine growing out of my nails, and the healthy bright pink growing in behind it. It's really shocking when you see half of your nail yellow and gross looking, but it isn't something you notice until you quit.
