I am daily working out. Due to pregnancy I have had to cut back to walking, light cardio and swimming. I do nmot want to gain a bunch of weight but this baby craves all the stuff my insulin doesn't break down well. I started over yesterday and I am quite proud of myself. Hopefully I can keep it up.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 105.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
