Resetting to get some more valid information into here. I'm asking the work cafeteria if they have nutritional facts for their foods so I can make better decisions on what to eat. Going to keep trying to ride my bicycle 40+ minutes a day. I set it up on a trainer in front of the TV so I'm not so bored riding. Going to try cutting out sweets altogether and start eating more fruits/veggies instead. I'm tired of my weight but caught between not having the time to do this right and really wanting to anyway.
