Have not been follow my food plan for the last month. I have been so bad. I have been baking homemade cakes and bread & pasta - almost daily! I desperately want to get back on track.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.2 lb a week
