Big Boy Optimus's Journal, 29 July 2016

I did a recalculation on my RDI today and it has dropped from 2600 calories to 2400 calories based on my weight now being 30kg lower than when I first started.

I recalculate with my activity level set to "Sedentary" even though I go to gym so that I force myself to stay under my actual active lifestyle RDI. It has a psychological effect on me in a positive way.

Have a good weekend everyone :)

Lol Kimmy. Well now you have a reason to do more activity to offset any calories over your RDI. I'm going to take up swimming a few laps at the local pool once winter is over.

Saige I've settled into eating basic food like steak, roasted veggies, chicken, eggs, chicken giblets, etc. Honestly, Im not eating "healthy" as most people would be eating. Weekends I enjoy food. I've eaten macaroni & cheese on Sunday, chicken curry and rice, ice cream, etc. but the way i eat on my weekdays allows me to enjoy my weekends. The healthy food I eat sometimes are chicken salad, apple with yoghurt, Fruits, etc. The food can only be chosen depending on your goal but this entire journey has been sustainable for me because I am still able to eat the "bad foods".
