Weight has been up and down a pound since I last weighed in, I look every day which is good and bad. I guess the idea is that I can reward my self with a high five if the scale goes down and dig in if it goes up.
I think my biggest problem is enough calories, when I mindlessly eat I can throw down several thousand a day but if I count I struggle to get to 1200 (Jillian Michaels' magic don't go under number) in, my average the last 9 days of journaling is only 1206.
Not discouraged, staying true to my resolve to get this fat off.
