There are many ways to lose weight (fat) and finding one here that best works and resonates with you for the long haul should be relatively easy...execution seems to be always the challenging part. :-) Lots of good resources and folks to help with questions, encouragement and inspiration. The food and exercise logging feature is useful to keep track of food intake, calories in/out, and macro percentages. Lot's of things will get clearer for you as you watch the members discuss things and never be afraid of asking for help or information...as always check things out before trying every suggestion as what works for one person might not be ideal for another.
