I bought some good tea. I find that tea is a flavorful snack and the process of making tea is part of creating a state of relaxation in me.

I changed my RDI to reflect my being sedentary. I sit at a desk all day long, at least when I'm on a deadline and get very little exercise. I'm trying to stay between 1500 and 2000 calories a day.

Where does the fat go when you lose it? Here is a chemist that explains that it leaves your body through your breath!

I saw that video the other day. Fascinating! I'd never thought about it before, but it makes sense. Kind of like when your car burns the gas in the tank, it comes out as exhaust.
