I'm going to Cambridge Folk Festival this weekend so am expecting to put up to 5lbs back on. This is because of the drinking, eating rubbish and not being able to do any powerlifting for a week.
Back to the grindstone next week of 2000 calories per day (40-50% protein, 20-30% fat & 20-30% carbs) and powerlifting 4 times a week that has seen me lose 21 lbs in 6 months and put on a lot of muscle.
I started squatting and deadlifting 60kg in January and through the Stronglifts program I am now squatting and deadlifting 150kgs. if I carry on progressing I will be squatting and deadlifting 200kgs by the end of the year.
