DAY 209 My mission is to at least lose in this current challenge . Not bothered even if it is the odd pounder or two . So long has it is a loss . So this week we get out act together . I have found my book . Now let's start by counting exactly what I am eating daily ,along with the exercise . Can only be good and positive I say .....
