Surprised at the loss. I feel bloated at the moment and actually expected no loss or a gain. Glad I ducked it and proceeded on. Next goal is just 5 lbs away -- back in jeans -- but I am not sure if it is going to happen or not (not the loss, the jeans). Proceeding on and smiling all the way.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 82.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
