So I've finally weighed in normally, first thing in the morning, no clothes, just me on the scale. So I did have a lot of high calorie days this week, but I am feeling much better, so next week is back to normal!
I still haven't worked out yet, but I'm feeling a lot better, and contrary to how I felt on Monday, walking isn't an effort anymore, which is great!
The one interesting thing is that my size 24s are now loose! I can't even remember the last time a 24 was loose!! So today I'm going to go look and see if I 22s fit yet, and might buy a couple of pairs of pants and a couple tops.
