Ok FS and Atkins calculate net carbs differently.... Atkins says to subtract sugar alcohols as well as fiber when calculating net carbs. FS doesn't even list them in the nutrition facts! I just looked at the label of my Caramel Nut Chew bar and it lists the net carbs as 2 because there are 9 grams of sugar alcohols per bar. FS lists the net carbs as 11 and doesn't list the sugar alcohol content at all! What gives???

The food entries are user generated, so there is room for error or personal decision in them. Most things you can edit by clicking on the link in your food journal. A lot of people DO count sugar alcohols, because for some, they do spike insulin response.
