So I guess a little bellydancing did the trick.. LOL.. Total new attitude today.
I worked it out last night, pulled out my Bellydance cd from the cd gravyard and got to work. I put in an hour of work, and I finnally finnally dropped some weight. I mean I was 200 even yesterday and today 197 WHAT!!!!!!. OK OK it might be water but I will take it. I read somewhere that my body could be holding on to excess water, well if that's what happen it looks like I let some go. YEAH ME!!!!! round two tonight.
