I feel like im struggling to keep this weight off.

My BF gave me this goal where if I lose 5 kilos in a month he'll buy me a treat, whether it's a piece of clothing, a dinner date or something sexy until i achieve my goal weight.

I get to like 96 - 97 kilos and stay like that for a good day or two, then im back to 100 kilos =(

I exercise 60 minutes every day plus chores. But with my hypothyroidism. My energy depletes quickly and I feel like i need to sleep for a week.

I know my B12 is really low (I have B12 deficiency) and my MIL thinks that my tiredness has nothing to with my B12.

They just don't understand that I have to work 10 x harder.

So now I feel like i'm being pushed to lose 5 kilos in two weeks.

Of course you're struggling. You frame it like your motivation is to please your boyfriend. That's just never going to work. Get a new boyfriend. You might feel so good about yourself the weight will fall off. Or give him a goal. If je tells you how beautiful and sexy you are every day for a month, you wont leave him for someone who appreciates you more. You won't need to . Good luck.

Are you getting regular B12 shots? Any sort of vitamin deficiency is going to make you feel not great, but low B12 is definitely going to make you feel tired quicker than usual.

mrs_isagenix I get my injections from the doctor about once a month. So I have started self injecting twice a week. I would love to buy a bulk supply of B12 but I just dont have the money.

YOu sound like me. Have you insulin levels checked. My weight stalls if I my insulin levels are high. I have triedness and low B12 and Vit D as well. A simple glucometer for checking blood sugar levels can also help.

I have found that no matter how much I exercise... What I eat has the biggest reflection on my weight loss. Not sure if this will help you but I finally realised that as long as I eat right and small portions, the weight will slowly drop. Good luck xx
