Precis's Journal, 16 July 2016

Had chicken & veg soup for lunch and stir fried veg all week. Feeling healthy and working better and harder at sport. Mostly running low fat moderate carb and high protein. Continuing squash and getting into running/boxing as well.

Working well!

Wish there wasn't so much support for Keto on this site. Just throwing it out there. Can't perform at your peak (1000 calorie an hour burn & 180-190 HR or so) off fatty diets - in my experience anyway.

Anyhow, glad to give the junk food the boot.
145.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.1 lb a week

Nice drop Precis!! I'm not keto either but bear in mind very few folks here are burning 1000 cal/hr, or want to and keto can be very effective.... Note, I lost most of my right knee to a catastrophic accident playing squash in 1997, now strickly knee friendly training and some snow sports (with a brace).
