I am at a weight plateau and I hope the scale moves soon. I will weigh in again on July 24. 12 days to make some more serious progress. I am so proud of myself for keeping up with this and staying dedicated. I am proud of everyone for sticking to it as well. Awesome job. For those of you struggling, keep your chins up and keep on going!
