i had popcorn last night at the movies, so i was actually expecting worse! impressed that i gained less than half a kilo in water weight. maybe that means that i've really lost a bit?
105.4 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
