I feel pretty good about how I've done today. It's 8:16pm and I really want a snack. The pb and honey on whole wheat will fit into my RDI. I hope it's not a mistake, though. I might wish I'd left it out. I'm anxious to see how much I weigh tomorrow. I hope the water comes off!! :) If my weight is higher than what I want...it's probably the pb and honey snack! I will have to leave it out in the future. Of course, eating late at night could also be the problem!
