Well day 1 back to work didn't go well, I was only there for 3 hours... but today seems to be going well! I should be able to get in most of my 7.5 hours - but my goodness... it's tiring compared to just laying on the couch!
I'm coming to the realization that as much as I want to get back to execising immediately, I think I just need to focus on doing normal day to day stuff, and I'll work exercise back in this weekend or next week.
I did survive Halloween, and now I just have to survive the leftover Halloween candy that all my co-workers are bringing into the office. But we've got a few extra people in the office these days, so it should be gone soon!

Oh boy, sounds hard, Brandy. I imagine you really should be 100% before you take on exercising too much, but some light walking might be good. Hope you're normal Brandy soon.

Yah, at work, I'm considering my 2 minute walk to the printer as my "light walking" for now - some days it is easy, and some days it's just tiring to walk.

Take it little by little. Don't force yourself, but do get yourself moving a bit at a time. It is important to move. But don't let yourself get stressed by your limits.
