OK, here goes. So I'm pretty active, and run fairly regularly, but I'm tall and for some reason, I am weighing about 170 pounds. I have quite a bit of muscle, and I wear a size 8, but I need to lose 20 pounds by my wedding, which is next summer. Here's to hoping this will help!
